HR Operations Coordinator
Our team has a terrific opportunity for a Human Resources Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for performing varied administrative support of the Human Resources Operations team. The individual will be responsible for preparing and processing time imports for processing payroll data, including referral, earnings and adjustments into the Payroll/Human Resources information System (HRIS), processing transmittals and coordinating the annual calendar; processing and approving employment changes including self-service and life events ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HRIS records and updating related HR workflows; creating leave of absence information, including accrued time off and pay projections and tracking intermittent time off, coordinating onboarding/termination packages and assisting individuals with benefit enrollments, updates and changes, including completing required and timely participant related updates to vendor websites and/or through interfacing with benefits carrier connect files. Other responsibilities include: daily scanning, importing, and categorizing of documents and reports for record retention, administering unemployment claims, processing team member loan applications employment and benefits verification.

Tends machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machine, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line. Works at different workstations as production needs require. Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line. Qualifications: Ability to read a limited number of two-three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and a series of numbers, Ability to print, understand and speak simple sentences in English, High school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Quality Inspector
Seeking, a highly motivated quality inspector, willing to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to use a variety of inspection equipment, such as; OGP, micrometers, calipers, scales, or optical comparator. Candidate must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, technical documents, and work instructions. Candidates should have a good mechanical aptitude, as well as, extreme attention to detail during inspection and review of manufacturing instructions. Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or technical documents to complete incoming, in-process and final inspections.Can use a wide assortment of quality inspection instruments such as optical comparator and OGP to assure components, devices, and chemicals are to specifications. Additional equipment would be pH Meters / Spectrophotometer. Sets up and perform destructive and nondestructive testing on raw materials, components, and finished product to determine if they meet LeMaitre criteria. Record test inspection data as well as interpret the data for a pass/fail status. Have a working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Have a working knowledge of American National Standards Sampling Procedure (AQL) ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008.

Sorter is responsible for ensuring proper placement and sorting materials on the conveyor line by performing the following duties: Inspect materials and sort items or materials into piles or places in container according to type, size, condition, coloring or paper grade, Pull contaminants out of paper or off of floor, Stack boxes and skids. Dump boxes and totes of material, Feed material, such as wastepaper onto conveyor.
– Clean up conveyor and surrounding sorting line. Keep surrounding work area clean, Read monitor for machine start up and ensure machine is operating properly and at a moderate speed, Follow appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs) as guideline for operating and maintaining equipment, Report any worker-public safety factors and/or equipment malfunctions.
